You can use our boards for both serving and cutting
All of our fractal charcuterie and cutting boards are dipped in food grade mineral oil and finished with our own combination of beeswax, carnauba wax, and food grade mineral oil. Due to the natural properties of wood, all edge grain cutting boards will leave knife marks. Since both sides of the boards have been finished, we recommend using the back of the board for cutting and the fractal side for serving. Cutting through the epoxy will dull your knife and will leave marks in the epoxy.

We rescue all of our wood
All of our wood has been rescued from trees throughout Michigan. These trees have been downed due to storms, power company maintenance, or by the homeowner. We never cut down trees for the purpose of making a product.

Charcuterie and Cutting Board Care and Maintenance
Wash your cherry fractal charcuterie and cutting board with a mild dish soap and water. NEVER PLACE WOOD BOARD IN A DISHWASHER! Dry immediately with a cloth. Place board on its side, do not lie flat, until completely dry to prevent warping. Use our Board Balm, or a comparable product, whenever the board feels dry to the touch.
