Shipping & Returns
We at Jandi Creations would like to give a big “Thank You” for purchasing our products. We do not create anything we would not want to own ourselves so we’re thrilled when others feel the same. We stand by our products and will do whatever it takes to insure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their Jandi Creations experience. That’s our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please read on to see our policy on shipping and returns.
Shipping
We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States*. Because we stock all of our items, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day! We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own, and we take extreme care in packaging each order.
Customized pieces take longer to process. Contact us with shipping times if you need something by a certain date.
All items are shipped by either UPS or United States Postal Service(USPS).
Generally, all items except charcuterie and river boards ship USPS Priority Mail which can take between 2 and 7 business days for delivery.
Charcuterie and river boards ship UPS Ground due to their size and weight. UPS Ground ship times vary depending on what area of the country we are shipping to. We are in Michigan, so shipping using standard UPS can take up to 6 business days to the West Coast.

Refunds and Returns
At Jandi Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do whatever it takes to make it right. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund within 30 days of placing your order*. To initiate a return, complete the contact form and we will send you a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
Once a return is authorized, if the product is defective, we will refund your payment and send you a return shipping label. If the return is for any reason other than it being defective, you will receive your payment, less any shipping charges. Since you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
*Please note that we do not accept returns on any customized items.
