You can use our boards for both serving and cutting
We dip all of our charcuterie and cutting boards in food grade mineral oil and finish with our own combination of beeswax, carnauba wax, and food grade mineral oil. Due to the natural properties of wood, all edge grain cutting boards will leave knife marks. Because we finish both sides of the boards, you may use one side for cutting and the other side for serving and display. Avoid cutting on the epoxy areas as this will dull your knife and leave marks in the epoxy.

All of the wood is rescued
We rescue all of our wood from trees throughout Michigan that are downed due to storms, power company maintenance, or by the homeowner. Trees will never be cut down for the purpose of making a product.

Charcuterie and Cutting Board Care and Maintenance
Wash your snowflake charcuterie and cutting board with a mild dish soap and water. NEVER PLACE WOOD BOARD IN A DISHWASHER! Dry immediately with a cloth. Place board on its side, do not lie flat, until completely dry to prevent warping. Use our Board Balm, or a comparable product, whenever the board feels dry to the touch.
